The company is looking for a Project Supervisor in San Antonio, TX to support the Construction Manager and the aerial and underground construction teams. The role involves administrative duties, preparing reports, providing customer service, and assisting with various departmental tasks as needed.
The supervisor will perform daily field visits to verify safety, quality, and productivity standards, drive projects through development and budgeting systems, and help define labor, material, permitting, and infrastructure requirements. Additional duties include managing path‑planning reviews, conducting on‑site quality‑control checks, hazard analyses, safety audits, developing project packets, and maintaining up‑to‑date records across multiple project stages while ensuring excellent customer experiences.
Candidates must have at least three years of telecommunications construction experience focused on aerial and underground work, with leadership experience considered a plus. The role requires 20‑25% travel, the ability to read maps and diagrams, strong problem‑solving and communication skills, the physical capability to lift 50 lb and work in tight or elevated spaces, a valid government‑issued photo ID and driver’s license, and successful completion of pre‑employment screenings.
Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $72,000 annually, paid weekly, and includes a company‑provided vehicle, laptop, and phone.
