Conduct safety inspections and verify compliance with manufacturer specifications and applicable codes
Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial hot side kitchen equipment, including ovens, fryers, steamers, grills, warmers, kettles, and other cooking appliances
Requirements
driver license
epa certified
osha 10
hvac experience
mechanical aptitude
wiring diagrams
Valid Driver License w/acceptable driving record
Available to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Active EPA Certification
OSHA 10 certification preferred
2+ years’ of experience in a commercial HVAC setting
Strong knowledge of gas, electric, and steam-operated cooking equipment.
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
