Assistant Accountant

Description

• Preparation of monthly management reports
• Calculation and processing of general ledger journals including accruals and amortisation
• Completion of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Coding of overhead invoices on a daily basis
• Maintenance of the Fixed Asset register
• Assist with the preparation and lodgement of the monthly and quarterly BAS; and
• Provide a detailed analysis and commentary on monthly variances

Requirements

• Proven Assistant Accountant experience or be an Accounts Officer who is ready to step up and looking for a new challenge; and
• Technical skills aside, you are a proactive and strong team player with a hands-on approach, be results orientated with the ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
