Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners regarding transportation schedules and shipping requirements.
Lead and develop a team of various logistics specialists, fostering collaboration and high performance.
Ensure timely and accurate updates of vessel line-up plans, transportation schedules, and shipment data.
Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation planning, shipping documentation, and milestone tracking.
Supervise PR/PO and invoice processes for logistics services.
Manage project budgets related to logistics activities, including cost control and forecasting.
Maintain and update global shipping lists and related documentation.
Handle detention, demurrage, and other extra-cost management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics team to optimize processes and reduce costs.

Advanced Excel and Powerpoint knowledge is mandatory.
Experience in working within multinational environments or cross-border teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or related field.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
