Maintain systems and employee records in line with GDPR requirements
Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for the employees of the Group in UK, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and statutory requirements
Maintain payroll records and resolve discrepancies promptly
Support the development, coordination and implementation of policies, procedures and processes
Ensure the compliance of the Organisation with employment laws and regulations and recommend best practice, reviews and modification of policies and processes to maintain compliance.
Support audits and internal reviews as required.
Ensure Compliance Monitoring including guidance and advice for manager and operative workforce
Act as the first point of contact for queries, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and employment law
Support and Coordinate Group Reporting requirements including the development of an appropriate Country Reporting
Lead the implementation, configuration, and successful adoption of the Groups T&AA system for Labour employees, ensuring it meets business requirements, integrates with the payroll systems, and operates efficiently post-launch.
Participate in the implementation of Special projects, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organisation.
