We are seeking a Summer Intern in Business Intelligence, Analytics and Performance Management. In this role you will learn how technology solutions support operations and how data is turned into actionable insights. The internship provides exposure to real‑estate analysts, transaction professionals and other associates, allowing you to gain valuable insight into the commercial real‑estate industry across multiple lines of business.
The program runs from early June to early August 2026 and is based in Chicago, IL with a hybrid on‑site schedule. It does not include relocation assistance, housing, or visa sponsorship, and requires permanent U.S. work authorization. Estimated annual compensation ranges from $8,800 to $9,200, subject to qualifications, location, market conditions and internal considerations.
