- Engaging with the supply chain to validate programmes and resource requirements.
- Leading the preparation of target programmes and actively seeking out schedule optimization opportunities.
- Documenting and managing programme risk, including making provisions for Time Risk Allowance (TRA) and Terminal Float under various contracts (e.g., NEC/JCT).
- Developing, maintaining, and analyzing fully logic-linked contract programmes from first principles (design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover).
