Collect quality data to derive quality objectives
Execute and maintain comprehensive product inspections
Analyze quality issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions
Promote and implement internal quality standards and procedures
Review documentation for compliance with quality standards
Inspect first articles, incoming components, raw materials, fabricated parts, and in‑process assemblies per inspection plans and specifications
Conduct subassembly tests to ensure product quality
Use measuring equipment such as calipers and gauges
Audit and monitor quality requirements against company policies and customer specifications
Document and report inspection findings and monitor corrective actions
Adhere to applicable procedures in QMS, EMS, and OHSAS to ensure sustainable, effective processes
Assess opportunities for improvement and update management systems as needed
Requirements

Hands‑on quality and manufacturing experience in an ISO‑certified environment
Proficient in MS Office, Access, Outlook, and Adobe programs
Experience with document control software
Familiarity with SAP, ISO‑9001, and knowledge of DFx, FMEA, or similar quality systems (a plus)
