As an electrician you will deliver high-quality electrical services that keep homes safe and functional, applying your skills across a variety of tasks.
The role runs from 08:30 am to 16:30 pm, Monday to Friday, covering a patch across the specified regions.
- Carry out electrical repairs, installations and testing in residential properties.
- Ensure work complies with 18th Edition IET wiring regulations and safety standards.
- Adopt a whole-job repair mindset to complete tasks in a single visit.
- Record job details in real time using mobile technology.
- Provide courteous service that helps customers feel safe and supported.

This permanent, full-time position works Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) across the Durham, Tyneside, Teesside and Northumberland area. A Certificate of Sponsorship is not available for this role.
- NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
- Knowledge of 18th Edition IET wiring regulations and Inspection & Testing 2391.
- Strong fault-finding skills and experience in housing maintenance and multi-skilled repairs.
- Full UK driving licence and confidence using mobile technology.
- Basic DBS check.
- Latest power tools supplied; you bring your own hand tools.
