Working with US building codes and standards
Execute BIM projects including CAD to BIM and Scan to BIM
Create accurate 2D and 3D models based on client inputs and markups
Collaborate and communicate with US and UK-based clients

Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely project delivery
Mentoring and guiding the team
Delivering projects up to LOD 450
Work on Concept Design, Planning Drawings, and Good for Construction (GFC) sets
Prepare Architectural Construction Drawing Sets and Working Drawings

Qualification: B.Arch (Mandatory)

Experience: 1 to 7 Years (Multiple positions open at different levels)

Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), SketchUp, Lumion, 3Ds Max

Strong architectural fundamentals and design understanding
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
Good communication skills in English
Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy
Ability to understand client instructions and deliver as per expectations
Willingness to learn and grow in the BIM domain
