We are mission- and values-driven, and your contributions will make a difference. We help an average of 23 people each week find a place to live, and you’ll have the chance to advocate for change while working with influential policymakers on racial and social justice issues. We prioritize work-life balance, offering flexible scheduling, generous paid time off and health-and-wellness benefits, and we support professional growth across the state.
Since its foundation in 1984, People Assisting The Homeless (PATH) has pioneered bold approaches to assist individuals experiencing homelessness. PATH operates services throughout California, providing a continuum of homelessness prevention, street outreach, employment preparation, case management, supportive services, interim housing, and permanent supportive housing.
PATH offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, vacation, sick time, paid holidays, and a retirement plan. We are an equal-opportunity employer committed to racial and social justice, maintaining a diverse and inclusive environment, and we consider applicants with criminal histories in compliance with applicable laws.
