RMX Plant Supervisor

Description

• Batching and loading concrete to specification
• Operating and loading the plant and yard (including loader, as needed)
• Leading People through frontline influence with a Collaborative Approach.
• Dealing directly with customers, accepting orders, and dispatching trucks
• Coordinating routine plant maintenance and managing contractors
• Managing & Measuring Work using KPIs through a Continuous Improvement / Structured Approach.

Requirements

• Clear, professional communication skills with customers, drivers, and internal teams.
• Mechanical aptitude with a problem-solving mindset and ability to make decisions under time pressure while working around plant and mobile equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle orders, dispatching, and plant operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience operating a loader or similar heavy equipment preferred.
• Experience dealing directly with customers on orders and scheduling is preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
• Willingness to work occasional extended hours or Saturdays to meet production demands.
