With the Head of Highways Asset Management co-create our UK Mobility asset management strategy and development of annual asset management plans by account. This will involve working across all parts of the Arcadis business.
Leading asset management client engagement, development of value propositions and tenders in the rail market, and supporting the wider business in pursuit to win of strategic opportunities (e.g. requiring blended design and engineering, project and programme management, cost and commercial and asset management services).
Support our Global capability, in particular in relation to application of international asset management standards (e.g. ISO55000 suite) and risk / maintenance advisory.
Applying your asset management process skills, knowledge and insight to oversee the delivery of asset management projects on time, meeting both quality and budgetary targets, whilst striving to exceed client expectations.
Lead the definition and development of specific Arcadis Rail Asset Management skills and capabilities we will take to market and the associated recruitment to increase capability and capacity in this service line
Development and delivery of the Rail Asset Management Net Revenue Target
Lead the development and implementation of the year on year Rail Asset Management strategy and associated delivery of the Asset Management portfolio for Rail through all stages of Arcadis Way (MtO, PtW and DtR)
Line management and career development of direct reports in line with the asset management strategy.

Chartered or Fellowship status
Experience of leadership and / or consultancy delivery of asset management projects helping resolve strategic, tactical and / or operational challenges. Examples include Asset Management strategies, Plans, Asset risk assessments, RAMS, O&M planning, decision support tools, regulator reviews (e.g. ORR), operational readiness, asset data quality assessments and AM maturity gap analysis.
Good understanding of risk management (e.g FMECA, Bow Tie, Fishbone), ISO55000, asset management, maintenance engineering (e.g. RCM) and / or Six Sigma processes and tools
Senior leadership experience in asset management in a consultancy, client or regulator environment, developing and implementing asset management strategy and plans
Tender management and bid experience
Recognised Institute of Asset Management certifications (or working towards certification)
You will need a combination of asset management process skills, rail infrastructure end market experience, asset class subject matter expertise and /or asset management transformation programmes
Strong links to the industry, clients and profession of Asset Management to support the development of capability and growth of Arcadis Asset Management business in line with client requirements
