Thoroughly review contract documents, project specifications, submittals, and shop drawings and ensure coordination/conflict resolution among various scopes of work.
Collect and file Subcontractor daily report and review for any discrepancies.
Review, prepare, and maintain Requests for Information and logs.
Prepare and lead project close out process, including Owner training, O&Ms, as-builts, permits, etc.
Maintain current contract documents and provide Owner with complete closeout and as-built documents.
Review construction schedule, prepare Submittal, register submittal logs/procurement logs, identify critical path submittal/procurement items, and track and maintain submittal approvals and material procurement/delivery.
Perform safety inspections and assist with safety training and education.
Maintain and distribute project documents including drawings, specifications, correspondence, meeting minutes, and progress photographs.
Coordinate with subcontractors for all inspections and documents required for inspection.
Manage and track punch list completion with the Superintendent.
Review drawing revisions, RFIs, and submittal comments and coordinate changes on a timely basis for schedule and cost impact.
Price, issue, and track potential change orders.
Help coordinate the project schedule with the Superintendent.
Participate in work package bids, perform scope analysis, and assist in issuing subcontracts.
Promote the company’s safety culture by understanding OSHA requirements & the company's safety policies and procedures.
Track, resolve, and close NCRs and Field reports issued by Architect/EOR on a timely basis.

Experience working on commercial and/or tribal construction projects is a plus
Possess an intermediate knowledge of construction methods and techniques.

OSHA 10 or 30 Certification is a plus
Degree in Construction Management or a related field
0-4 years of related experience, or prior internship experience
Proven ability to adapt behavior or work methods in response to new information or conditions
Demonstrated ability to adapt well to changes in assignments and priorities
Knowledge and familiarity with Construction processes, practices, and procedures
Strong verbal and written communication, and strong organizational and time management
Ability to work on-site at our Tejon Hard Rock Casino jobsite in Mettler, CA. Or, flexibility to travel to or fully relocate for this project if not within a reasonable local commuting distance.
