The Digital Design Technician (ICT) works under the direct supervision of an engineer, designer, or other technical professional. This role assists in the development and coordination of ICT models in collaboration with digital design, engineering, and project teams, and supports the creation and maintenance of ICT systems, model content, families, and overall digital delivery outputs. The technician accurately models BIM elements, prepares detailed drawings and schematics in Revit, maintains model data and coordinates, and produces discipline‑specific documentation with precise annotations.
Successful candidates are technically qualified with 3D design software and document‑management infrastructure, and are competent in Microsoft Office and communication tools. They demonstrate excellent communication, attention to detail, strong organizational traits, and possess a basic understanding of engineering or architectural concepts.
Each role throughout our organization makes a difference in our ability to change the world for the better. By joining HDR you can help make great things possible not only in your community but around the globe.
