The role supports mitigation plans with the Western Electric Coordinating Council, collaborates on test plan development, conducts gap analyses, investigates compliance issues, and prepares data‑driven business cases to mitigate risk.
The position is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office, and the work location is flexible within the service territory, with a preference for Rocklin, Oakland, or Sacramento.
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and seven years of relevant experience.
Desired qualifications include certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Risk Management Professional (RIMS‑CRMP), Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), and Leading Professional in Ethics and Compliance (LPEC); experience in transmission operations and planning; at least four years managing compliance or risk programs; strong problem‑solving, project and change management, data analysis, and communication abilities; and the capacity to influence stakeholders and adapt quickly to a changing environment.
Compensation is based on the Bay Area or California salary range, with a minimum base salary of $122,000 (Bay Area) or $116,000 (California), a mid‑point of $158,000/$150,000, and a maximum of $194,000/$184,000, depending on factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
