What you would be doing

  • May be required to service customers until 5:00 pm Mountain and Pacific Time
  • Manage all communications with multiple customer locations/facilities for assigned corporate account(s).
  • May travel to customer sites to evaluate current waste/bi-product management practices or to audit plans developed by Heritage
  • Coordinate and manage data collection systems and reports for customer.
  • Do profit/cost analysis of current management methods to assure most profitable method is being used, make changes to increase margin dollars.
  • May be required to occasionally answer requests after hours to resolve urgent Plant or customer inquiries. Company issued cell phone will be provided and should be kept nearby during and after hours, unless on PTO
  • Ensures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
  • Participate in the development of proposals and business plans to create new business or further expand relationship with the assigned corporate account.
  • Conduct service follow up surveys to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure that contract terms and pricing are being adhered to at all locations.
  • May manage small projects as assigned.
  • Negotiate with multiple service vendors and communicate/coordinate these services for the assigned accounts
  • Will assist in determining regulatory requirements for customer waste and by products.
  • Provide, develop and implement solutions for all of customer's needs.
  • Responsible for all aspects of customer service for corporate accounts including waste profiling, scheduling, invoice review, profitability, and promoting all business lines
  • Keeps Corporate Account Manager up to date on account Activities.

  • Must be willing to travel on occasion.
  • Requires strong organizational, problem solving, oral communications, writing and customer service skills.
  • Four-Year Degree. (required)
  • Strong knowledge of RCRA, DOT, and state regulations.
  • Must be able to work well with customers.
  • In lieu of degree, have 4+ years of Technical or Customer Service experience. (required)
  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.
  • Strong software abilities in Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel and Access are required.
  • In lieu of degree, a High School Diploma. (required)
  • minimum of 1 year of Heritage Experience from a Customer Service or Technical Role, as evidenced by a consecutive score of 3 or greater on previous evaluations (minimum of 2 evaluation periods). (required)
