- Participate in structuring and negotiating transaction terms and documentation.
- Monitor financial and operational performance of portfolio companies.

- Participation in the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) program is a plus
- Strong financial analysis capabilities, including proficiency in interpreting financial statements, evaluating capital structures, and an understanding of common valuation methodologies.
- 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, private credit, restructuring advisory, asset management, or consulting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (modeling), PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information. Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
