All work is conducted in an open building environment with exposure to outdoor conditions. 90% of work is hands-on shop floor operation, sortation, housekeeping and maintenance duties.
Create, track, share facility-specific metrics which allow the company to improve facility profitability metrics
Achieve ambitious facility and quality production requirements (safety, total materials processed and hourly, facility uptime, material production quality, etc)
Work closely with finance team to properly account and track costs at a unit and facility level
Collaborate closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to test new technologies to improve current and future facility equipment, design, operations and overall performance
Develop and execute on a near and short-term facility improvement roadmap
Work with AMP safety and people management teams to maintain a culture of safety and excellence. Act as onsite Safety Officer.

8+ years of experience in a manufacturing or MRF facility preferred
This role requires frequent travel to other AMP One sites during the pre-launch and ramp-up period of the Commerce City facility. Once the Commerce City plant is fully operational, travel will decrease to approximately 10%.
Technical bachelor's degree preferred
