You’ll provide engineering guidance, coordinate with project teams, oversee field activities, ensure safety and quality compliance, and help keep projects on schedule and within budget. This role blends office-based technical support with hands-on field oversight.

💪 Experience: 2–5 years in construction or structural engineering, preferably with steel fabrication or erection projects

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work both in office and on construction sites
Preferred: experience with government or secure facility projects, steel fabrication knowledge, and engineering credentials (EIT or related)
Proficiency with software such as AutoCAD, Procore, or Bluebeam
Experience in construction engineering, structural engineering, or related fields
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and steel installation practices
