In this role you will provide high‑quality cleaning of internal communal residential areas and perform grounds maintenance to keep external spaces well‑maintained, ensuring compliance with agreed standards, specifications and timescales.

You will represent Guinness on site, fostering positive relationships with customers, contractors and colleagues, and you will report responsive repairs, fly‑tipping, graffiti and safeguarding alerts. While primarily based at our Stevenage scheme, you must be flexible to travel between local schemes and provide cover when required. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.

The ideal candidate will have proven professional experience delivering grounds maintenance across a variety of sites and garden types, knowledge of lawn, shrub and plant care, and a track record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. You must be able to carry out physical tasks within Health & Safety guidelines, work effectively within a team with minimal supervision, and possess knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, including COSHH and PPE.
- Travel between local schemes as needed; hold a full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
- Demonstrate proven experience in grounds maintenance across diverse sites.
- Work safely following Health & Safety, COSHH and PPE guidelines.
- Operate effectively within a team with minimal supervision.
