  • Administration of the project Permit to Load / Dismantle Register
  • Submission of Design Packs to the Client for Approval, via CDE (CEMAR)
  • Filing of Scaffolding Handover and weekly Inspection documentation from Sub-contractors.
  • Filing of Approved Temporary Works Designs on the Project CDE (ProjectWise)
  • Administration of the project, Temporary Works Register and updating the schedule of designs currently progressing through the system.
  • Working to tight deadlines whilst delivering quality documentation within pre-agreed timescales
  • Assembly of Design Packs of completed Temporary Works Designs.
  • Filing of KBJV and Client-approved Temporary Works Permits on the Project CDE (ProjectWise).

  • Diligence and attention to detail
