- Ensure site compound and amenities are established and maintained
- Complete daily site diary entries
- Liaise with statutory bodies ensuring all relevant notifications are made
- Produce and manage defect lists for subcontractors prior to finishing works
- Review and manage key project issues
- Conduct onsite HSE and quality inductions with all onsite staff / subcontractors
- Organise all site inspections with clients, authorities and consultants
- Assist Project Manager with preparing scopes of work

A market leading remedial contractor with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects, our client is now seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their growing business.
Remedial experience is desired, but not essential.
You’ll be working on project worth $1m - $15m and have experience with delivering safe, high quality and on time projects from conversion, through to hand over, finalization and review providing a high-quality service that will ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
- Established remedial contractor with an attractive pipeline
- Proven ability to lead and motivate subcontractors
- Trade or building related qualification
- Understand head and subcontractor contracts, especially in relation to timeframes
- Sound knowledge of legislation, regulations and standards relating to building sites
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in site supervision of construction projects including planning, programming and management of onsite staff / subcontractors
- Construction Safety Induction (White) card
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
