Assist with building PowerBI.
Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.
Trend nonconformances, lead root cause analysis, and track corrective actions to closure.
Partner with estimating, procurement, construction, and warranty.
Change and Document Control
Stand up the QMS on projects; compliant with company, owner, and NRC/DOE requirements.
Ensure Configuration Management is followed.
Roll up project and district reporting.
Monitor high-risk deliverables.
Review revision control for design changes, deviations, and RFIs.
Plan and lead assessments.
Assist the Nuclear District Quality team in the annual ASME NQA-1 audit
Facilitate risk identification and tracking.
Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required.
Build Quality Plans.

Familiarity with ASME NQA-1 is preferred.
Regular, reliable attendance

Experience as an auditor/lead auditor under a NQA-1 Qualified Program is preferred.
5+ years of project engineering experience.
Design Deliverable Quality
Work productively and meet deadlines timely
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Relevant quality certifications preferred: ASQ Certified Quality Auditor, ASQ Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence, Six Sigma Green Belt, etc.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field (Nuclear and Mechanical preferred).
Professional Engineering (PE) License preferred.
Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment
Ability to build relationships and collaborate across organizational levels.
Strategic thinking and initiative to drive improvements and align with business objectives.
Strong engineering or technical background related to assigned responsibilities.
