Applicants must hold, or be able to obtain, a HR licence and a current Construction Induction (White) Card. The role requires working outdoors in a team, flexibility with finish times, and a strong commitment to safety. Prior experience operating pavers, rollers, skid steers or similar heavy machinery is valued, but we also welcome candidates seeking a new career.

Benefits

Successful candidates will earn $31–$40 per hour, plus a 25 % casual loading and superannuation. Regular overtime, night and weekend shifts are available, and allowances, uniform and equipment are provided.
