The Maintenance Technician is responsible for all building maintenance duties within assigned locations in a residential multi‑family setting.
- Inspect and maintain boilers, HVAC systems, etc.
- Perform general carpentry, install blinds, fix doors, locks, cabinets, drywall, tiling, and painting
- Be on-call on a rotating schedule to address after‑hours or weekend problems
- Manage tenants' maintenance requests with proper follow‑up to ensure satisfaction and completion
- Complete maintenance checklists for unoccupied suites

- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
- Successful completion of a security clearance
