Support and participate in key IR matters when required including Right of Entry requests, Enterprise Agreement bargaining activities
Manage a Regional team of Qualified Aviation Refuellers to ensure safe and efficient delivery of fuel to aviation platforms at RAAF Base Townsville.
Implementation of client aligned strategic progression planning and optimisation of fuel management systems and processes
Ensure employee relations are well managed and no lost time to disputes through employee engagement, strong communication of key messaging and leadership integrity through consultative processes.
Lead, motivate and support the teams in the effective delivery of Aviation Refuelling Services ensuring high standards of quality, cost, safety and performance are observed, achieved and expected performance targets are met
Ensure robust systems are in place and maintained and that compliance with all required processes, procedures and regulations is sustained

10+ years’ experience in the Oil and Gas / Petrochemical / Aviation Refueling industry
Experience in implementing operations programs
