Prepare detailed mechanical drawings and technical documentation to support engineering designs and manufacturing processes
Provide technical leadership and support to production teams on development of processes and systems
Support the delivery of capital works program

Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and reduce waste. This includes business case, design and implementation of mechanical improvements to existing and new plant and equipment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and supply chain
Project Management of the delivery of projects ranging from minor mechanical/ electrical improvements to large scale procurement and commissioning
Support engineers and drafting technicians to ensure deliverables are achieved in accordance with business priorities
Troubleshoot and resolve complex manufacturing issues

Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Problem-solving abilities and data analysis skills
Expertise in manufacturing processes, equipment and tools
Experience in supervising cross-functional teams and projects
Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar and other engineering tools
Several years of experience in manufacturing engineering role with increasing responsibility.
Strong leadership and communication skills
