Champion Quality Assurance (e.g., policies, procedures, standards) and Quality Control on all capital construction projects
Coordinate with internal and external service providers and support other units to take action in the field and ensure that work is performed as planned, permitted, and scheduled
Oversee construction of gas utility infrastructure for residential, commercial, and industrial properties, including supervising and inspecting all construction activities like safety, compliance, quality, locates and restoration

Experience in gas industry focused on capital construction and maintenance and/or experience in field inspection activities, project control activities, process improvements, business systems, or similar
5+ years of overseeing construction and/or distribution operations in a gas utility or equivalent work experience
Negotiation skills
CWPI or CWI
Ability to walk construction sites and potentially drive for up to four (4) hours at a time
Outstanding interpersonal skills for establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
High School/GED
Strong communication with all levels of the organization
Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
