- Experience working on a PFI contract or meeting key SLA’s.
- Proven track record of meeting contractual obligations.
- Extensive people‑management experience.
- Experience managing contract performance.
- Experience managing health and safety.
- Ability to make and be accountable for decisions within the operational structure.
- Leadership skills demonstrating gravitas and credibility appropriate to senior role.
- Capability to comprehend and execute initiatives fostering change and improvement (advantageous).
- Understanding, implementing and scrutinising commercial contracts (advantageous).
