Facilities Manager (Onsite with Travel)

Description

• Respond to emergency service tickets and ensure rapid resolution.
• Apply knowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
• Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing procedures. Review price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple RX and administrative facilities across South Florida.
• Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements pertaining to services covered at specific sites in your portfolio.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety best practices.
• Perform facility inspections quality assurance following local, state, and federal regulations. Suggest operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrade opportunities.
• Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
• Travel to bi-monthly to each RX facility and quarterly to each of your administrative facilities to ensure client satisfactions and onsite coordination with your team. approximately every two weeks for clinic visits and quarterly for administrative sites.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.
• Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
• Manage small-scale projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely completion.
• Full-cycle work order management, including initiation, tracking, and closure.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.
• Schedule and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
• Manage infrastructure upkeep and coordinate with Facility Coordinators and Site Engineers.

Requirements

• Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
• Ability to understand and communicate common services issues pertaining to MEP, HVAC and other facility infrastructure service repairs.
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to understand lease service agreements.
• Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Valid driver's license required. Facility Management certification preferred.
• Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
