Work Experience: Typically, candidates have +5 years’ experience in a Tier-1 management consultancy, and preferably a track record in Aerospace, Defence and Rolls-Royce relevant Energy sectors.
Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with executive/senior management and Divisional teams. High-performing team player able to connect and influence across networks and cultures to deliver successful outcomes.
Educational Background: Top-of-class bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Engineering or Science.
Analytical skillset: strong analytical skillset, experience with management consultancy frameworks and tools. Demonstrated skills in conducting research for strategic decision-making, exhibiting a positive mindset and can-do mentality.
