The incumbent will oversee the delivery of classroom, virtual, and web‑based training, maintain the agency’s Learning Management System, and ensure Section 508 accessibility compliance. They will also evaluate training needs, redesign curricula, and introduce innovative learning solutions such as gamified and blended formats.
- Administer classroom, virtual, and web‑based courses using COTS or custom materials.
- Deliver live instructor‑led training in traditional and virtual settings.
- Develop course materials, handouts, instructor guides, and visual aids.
- Support distance learning via online modules, mobile learning, webcasts, podcasts, and videos.
- Manage the Learning Management System: upload content, maintain modules, ensure Section 508 compliance.
- Monitor training effectiveness with assessments and analytics, recommending improvements.
- Coordinate logistics for instructor‑led and virtual sessions, including scheduling and prerequisite tracking.
- Conduct training needs assessments across practitioner levels and redesign curricula.
- Create innovative learning solutions such as gamification, blended/hybrid models, and interactive e‑learning.
- Develop certification programs aligned with federal standards and pilot new courses.
