Experience in the design of ICT, AV, or security systems, and knowledge of telecommunication infrastructure planning, structured cabling, ELV systems, or data networks. Familiarity with software tools such as Revit, Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft Office.

Familiarity with building systems protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, BACnet, LoRaWAN), IoT frameworks, and data analytics platforms.

Desirable (but not essential)

Good knowledge of smart building systems, digital strategy, and system integration across MEP, IT, AV, and security, with a willingness to continue developing expertise.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive, collaborative mindset.

A degree in a relevant subject (Mechanical, Electrical, ICT, Computer Science) and professional membership (or working towards it), or equivalent experience.

Familiarity with RIBA or AIA design stages, and an interest in developing the ability to contribute through design, coordination, and construction.
