- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology (Associates degree acceptable with over 10 years of experience).
- Proficiency in creating test plans, collecting data, and analyzing results.
- Experience in quality assurance and quality control.
- Experience in testing for New Product Development.
- 3+ years of experience in Test Engineering for industrial equipment, automotive, aerospace, defense, or heavy manufacturing (electromechanical products).
- Strong mechanical and electromechanical testing skills.
- Experience with test equipment and procedures.
