In the Defence People Team you will lead the people agenda, developing and implementing plans to ensure the right talent, organisational capabilities and culture are in place. You will partner with the leadership team to mobilise the people strategy, act as a trusted coach on sensitive issues, and use data‑driven organisational development to maximise performance. Collaboration with employee representatives and the Global People Services network will be essential to drive change and deliver resourcing plans.
The position requires a minimum graduate‑level qualification, preferably complemented by a professional HR management credential, and proven ability to analyse and challenge business strategy. Experience in organisational development, change management and project management, together with strong customer and relationship management skills at senior level, is essential. You must be capable of coaching senior leaders, working effectively with employee representatives, and influencing across functions.
