- Ability to work on ladders or scaffolding as needed.
- Working knowledge of spray equipment, elevated safety procedures, OSHA and MSDS regulations.
- Ability to repair paint spray or trade equipment is a plus.
- Willingness to learn more efficient procedures as developed.
- Availability to work all shifts, including weekends as needed.
- Working knowledge of maintenance management software a plus or must be willing to learn.
- Proficient with roller and brush work along with spraying, to include spray prep work.
- Ability to complete small drywall repairs to include matching texture. Larger project ability is a plus.
- 2 + years’ experience within interior residential painting. Custom home painting is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
- Strong ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Good written and verbal communication skills. English speaking preferred.
- Pay: $22-24/hour.
- Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members are eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary or hourly rate.
