Lead right-of-way department, manage land acquisition, budgeting, and engineering projects.
Preparation of proposals, scopes and fees for right-of-way engineering projects.
Being responsible for monthly billings and managing the department’s budget.
Managing Right-of-Way Engineering projects.
Communication with clients and internal groups/employees in a professional manner.
Interact effectively with others including consulting firms partnering with Egis, INDOT staff, local government agency staff and Egis staff.
Reviewing the work of other right-of-way engineering staff.
Calculating and creating right-of-way parcels for land acquisition.
What you bring

Knowledge in the current version of AutoCAD/C3D a must.
Complete competence working well independently and on a team.
Experience with Microsoft Office products.
INDOT prequalification and prior experience with Right-of-Way Engineering projects.
Must hold a current Professional Surveyor License in Indiana with at least 5 years’ experience post licensure.
Strong data analysis and organizational skills.
Applicant must possess high ethical standards, have a strong sense of commitment to self-development, teamwork, and a desire to work in a deadline-driven team environment
Ability to think critically, manage time and problem solve.
Knowledge in MicroStation considered a plus.
