- Perform RF 3D modeling, circuit layout, and drafting.
- Conduct RF circuit design, simulation, prototyping, and testing of components and subsystems such as antennas, LNA, Power Amps, filters, and combiners within VHF to Ku-band frequencies.
- Conduct circuit analysis using computer-aided tools.
- Design, model, simulate, prototype, and test aviation antennas ranging from VHF to Ku-band, including patch antennas, slot antennas, conformal antennas, and antenna arrays.

- Adapt to additional responsibilities as they arise.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects independently.
- Soldering and circuit construction skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and electrical engineering.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of RF/Microwave passive and active components.
- Experience in design and testing of antennas and RF/Microwave components or subsystems.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Experience with EM simulation tools such as ANSYS HFSS.
- Knowledge of basic antenna design theory and fundamentals.
- Experience in EM simulation and RF passive components or antenna design.
- Proficiency in RF design, simulation, and electromagnetic wave knowledge.
- Proficiency in using RF/Microwave laboratory test equipment.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics.
