Translate interior design concepts into architectural drawings for DOB filings and construction.
Develop complete construction document sets (plans, RCPs, millwork, schedules, etc.) in Revit.
Coordinate with consultants to align technical scope and ensure compliance with NYC codes and ADA standards.
Contribute to renderings and visual materials for presentations as needed.
Conduct site surveys and field verifications to support accurate documentation.
Ensure documentation reflects the client’s brand and project goals.
Support DOB submission efforts and assist the AOR with permit and filing documentation.

A premier NYC architecture and design firm is seeking a technically skilled Intermediate Architect to join their interiors team. Focused on commercial, workplace, and retail environments, this role requires a strong command of design documentation, consultant coordination, and code compliance—paired with a sharp eye for detail and design intent.

B.Arch or M.Arch degree; licensure preferred (or actively in progress).
Exceptional drawing, detailing, and coordination skills.
Advanced Revit skills required; proficiency in Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling tools.
Strong knowledge of NYC Building Code and DOB filing processes.
Clear communicator with a team-first, detail-oriented mindset.
5–8+ years of experience in workplace, retail, or commercial interior architecture.
