Description

• Inspire and mentor a high-performing team of communications professionals.
• Drive internal and external communications that inspire engagement and support business growth.
• Develop and execute integrated strategies to strengthen brand positioning and market visibility.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on strategic communications and public affairs.
• Build and maintain relationships with policymakers, regulators, and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment with international strategies and priorities.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
• Lead and oversee all communications and government relations activities across the UK and Ireland.

Requirements

• Strong strategic planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Deep understanding of communication tools and best practices, tailored for diverse audiences.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in communications and public/government affairs, ideally in a multinational environment.
• Proficiency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
• International experience and familiarity with UK and Ireland markets; energy or technology sector experience is a plus.
• Proven expertise across media relations, internal communications, digital platforms, and crisis management.
