Support and guide planning team members, acting as a senior figure within the planning function
Lead morning handovers, ensuring day-shift planners are briefed and all jobs are covered
Monitor inhouse Samsara telematics systems to confirm all drivers have departed on time and meet performance KPIs
Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely dispatch and support with any planning or route queries
Ensure vehicles are scheduled for routine maintenance and PMI without impacting operational performance
Utilize excel to report on locations and availability.
Conduct a daily commercial review of all completed jobs to ensure accuracy and alignment with service expectations
Be the primary escalation point for urgent pollution-related jobs, ensuring rapid tanker coordination and response
Prepare and send the night plan by 12:00 PM and the next day’s plan by 6:00 PM daily.
Act as the central point of communication between clients, engineers, supervisors, and internal teams to update on scheduling and assist in resolving site issues.
Manage and allocate resources to ensure all scheduled and reactive jobs are covered.
Review and assign jobs from clients promptly, ensuring seamless service delivery, relay information to teams.
