Driven Properties is looking for a Customer Support Associate to join its Customer Care team. The role serves as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries professionally and efficiently while supporting the sales and leasing teams in a fast‑paced real‑estate environment.
The associate will manage communication across phone, email, live chat and in‑person, qualify and route leads, resolve issues by coordinating with relevant departments, and maintain accurate records in the CRM. Additional duties include processing tenancy documents, preparing performance reports, collecting feedback, and ensuring compliance with UAE real‑estate regulations.
- Act as first point of contact via phone, email, live chat, and in‑person.
- Provide accurate property details from Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle.
- Qualify incoming leads and route them to the appropriate consultant or agent.
- Maintain lead records and track follow‑ups in the CRM system.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex cases as needed.
- Process tenancy documents, service requests, and update client files.
- Prepare regular reports on inquiries, lead conversions, and support performance.
- Collect customer feedback to improve FAQs, knowledge base, and processes.
- Ensure communications comply with company policy and UAE real‑estate regulations.

Candidates must have prior customer‑service or call‑center experience in real estate, strong verbal and written English skills, and the ability to qualify leads and engage customers. Familiarity with property portals such as Bayut, Property Finder and Dubizzle, knowledge of Dubai’s prime locations, proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, and a customer‑centric attitude are required. The role demands multitasking, shift flexibility, a valid driving licence or residence in specific Dubai areas, and is open to female candidates of any nationality.

- Excellent English communication; additional languages a plus.
- Strong lead qualification and engagement abilities.
- Familiarity with Dubai’s prime locations and property developers.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms.

- Valid UAE driving licence or residence in Dubai Hills, Al Barsha, Al Barsha South, or Al Quoz.
