Description

The role involves performing daily accounts‑payable transactions according to standard operating procedures, accurately entering invoice data, and coding it to the appropriate client projects and cost centers. You will verify invoice details against contracts and purchase orders, process various payment requests, and assist accountants and property teams with any input issues. Responding to property inquiries through internal systems like Zendesk and Outlook and ensuring timely A/P payments for multiple properties are also key responsibilities, all while adhering to JLL's A/P policies and procedures.

Performance objectives include processing and monitoring vendor invoices and ensuring on‑time payment performance in line with service level agreements. The day‑to‑day processing of accounts‑payable transactions must keep multiple finances accurate, up‑to‑date, and effective.

Candidates should have an accounting background such as a B.Com, M.Com, or MBA in Finance, with 0‑2 years of industry experience. Proficiency in Excel and exposure to ERP systems like PeopleSoft, Yardi, or MRI are preferred, along with the ability to maintain high accuracy when processing vendor invoices and payments. Strong interpersonal skills, and good oral and written communication abilities are essential.

• Hold an accounting degree (B.Com/M.Com/MBA) with 0‑2 years of industry experience.
