Leasing Specialist

Description

The Leasing Specialist will lead in‑person tours, guide prospects through the leasing process, and work to improve occupancy by marketing and market analysis, while also supporting move‑in experiences and community curb appeal.

• Conduct scheduled in‑person tours and provide warm hand‑offs for prospective residents.
• Keep the tour calendar (Funnel/Outlook) current to ensure proper scheduling.
• Build rapport with prospects and current residents through clear, professional communication.
• Utilize property management software and digital marketing tools to track leads and manage applications.
• Plan and facilitate resident events and outreach programs to boost community engagement.
• Identify and resolve resident concerns promptly, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Complete the Wonderlic pre‑employment assessment if initial qualifications are met.
• Participate in Avanti Shares profit‑sharing program and Avanti Cares financial assistance.

Requirements

The role requires strong communication, technology proficiency, and a proactive approach to resident satisfaction, including event planning and prompt resolution of concerns.

Successful candidates will meet Avanti’s qualification standards, encompassing education, relevant experience, and licensing requirements.

• Hold a high school diploma or GED; 2+ years customer service and 1+ year sales experience preferred.
• Communicate effectively via writing, phone, and computer; proficient with iPad and software.
• Pass a criminal background check and possess a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
