• Promote from within with job shadowing and leadership training.

• Maintain high service standards across all accounts.

• Complete independent and group ongoing training.
• Work with insects and animals in varied conditions and confined spaces.

Requirements

We are looking for experienced Pest Control Technicians to join our team. • Minimum 3 years pest control experience.
• Proficient with computers and smartphones.
• Ability to use 12‑foot+ extension ladders.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lb.
• Read and understand English product labels.
• Valid driving record with at least 5 years driving experience.
• Stable work history and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Pass respirator fit test and DOT physical if required.
• Pass pre‑employment drug test, motor vehicle, and criminal background checks.
• Capable of wearing a respirator.
• Willingness to be on‑call less than five times per year.
