Key responsibilities include monitoring progress, ensuring quality and schedule compliance, and maintaining detailed logs. The engineer will write work instructions, job aids, standard work, and technical specifications for equipment procurement, as well as design tools and equipment to improve manufacturing processes. Hands‑on troubleshooting, recipe development in digital environments, data compilation, analysis, reporting, and the creation of graphics for presentations are also required. Participation in Kaizen and Process Excellence events using Lean methodology to continuously improve manufacturing flows is expected.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or possess an equivalent combination of education, experience, and demonstrated accomplishments. The role requires effective communication and the ability to resolve routine problems.
