

Designs, manufactures, and services elevators, escalators, and moving walkways worldwide.
The incumbent will shape and execute a Key Account Management (KAM) model, lead forecast processes, evaluate and distribute sales plans, and educate consultants and other partners on new digital products and services. They will also cultivate proactive relationships with architects, general contractors, developers, property managers, and building owners.
Leadership duties include managing the Key Account team, overseeing the pipeline for future opportunities, monitoring sales performance, and hosting advisory board sessions with customers and consultants.
Successful candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) and bring at least ten years of sales, general management, or business development experience in the elevator industry. Experience with P&L management, senior‑level presentations, multi‑project prioritization, strategic problem solving, financial modeling, and research is essential. Extensive travel (minimum 50%) across the US and Canada is required.
The position offers a base salary of $196‑269 K, eligibility for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit awards, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes the Employee Scholar Program, training, and development resources.
