Modeling advanced threat systems such as Surface-to-Air Missile Systems (SAMs), radar platforms, and missile seekers
Developing high-fidelity propagation effects, including terrain masking, refraction, and over-the-horizon propagation
Algorithm and technique development supporting Sensors, Missiles, and C4 including active/passive detection, clutter modeling, electronic attack, waveform selection, adaptive beamforming, weapon/target assignment optimization
Participating in technical discussions to assist in near-term and long-term planning.
Developing and enhancing software digital twins using C++ and Python on Windows and Linux platforms including:
Automated unit, system, and system-of-systems test planning, development, and execution
Collaborating within a team and mentoring junior/mid-level software developers.
Supporting simulation studies and integrating models into larger mission-level simulations
Creating tracking filters and signal processing chains for radar and electronic warfare systems
Defining requirements and designing solutions for modeling and simulation (M&S) software

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering with 12+ years of experience, OR
Mentoring experience and leadership skills
Familiarity with environmental datasets and RF propagation modeling
Experience in DevOps or DevSecOps environments
Ph.D. with 8+ years of experience
Candidate must possess an ACTIVE Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret / SCI clearance with Counterintelligence polygraph
Experience with modeling in the STIMS 3 framework

Experience developing products with regular release cycles
Master’s Degree with 10+ years of experience, OR
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical teams and classified customers
Experience with threat system modeling in TMAP, ODESSA, ESAMS, AFSIM, and/or ITASE
Familiarity with RF hardware, signal processing, and modeling in radar, communications, or electronic warfare systems
Experience designing or operating code for distributed processing environments
Active or ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance with counterintelligence polygraph
