Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal teams, offshore resources, and filed service partners and external stakeholders

Identify opportunities for operational improvements and efficiency
Ensure timely and accurate data is received and validated from field service providers operating under a correct at source mentality
Collaborate with internal teams and partners to implement the best practices
Provide strong, empowering and supportive leadership to your team and leading engagement with our customers, field providers and internal teams

Demonstrated experience in developing and empowering people to deliver exceptional results for customers
Experienced and demonstrated customer communication skills
Proven experience in customer service or stakeholder management, preferably in utilities or energy sector
Customer reporting and internal reporting to KPIs
Competence in using operational systems, CRM platforms, and reporting tools.
Ability to problem solve and continuously improve processes for improved services for our customers
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Power Platforms and Power BI is desirable
Ability to own an issue/improvement through to completion
Appropriate tertiary level qualification in appropriate field or equivalent
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, offshore resources, and external partners.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills including oral and written communication
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
